Biometric Data Policy

What we collect (BIPA §15(b)): To analyze your skin's appearance, TrueTone captures a photo of your face and measures visible features of your skin (a "biometric identifier" under laws like Illinois' BIPA and a "consumer health datum" under Washington's My Health My Data Act).

Purpose: To estimate your skin's appearance and suggest a cosmetic routine. We use it for nothing else.

Retention & destruction: We delete your biometric data when its purpose is met or within 3 years of your last interaction, whichever comes first — and immediately whenever you tap "Delete My Data."

We never sell, lease, or trade this data, and never share it with third parties for advertising.
